Cambridge Michigan Language Assessments Announces a Revision to the MELAB Cloze Section

Currently, the MELAB cloze section features one long cloze passage with twenty items. As of November 2011, the MELAB cloze section will feature two shorter cloze passages. The first passage will contain ten items and the second passage will contain fourteen items. The total number of GCVR items to be answered will not change, but examinees will have a greater variety of topics to engage with. The MELAB sample test to be released in 2012 on our website will reflect this revision (see announcement).
